Extension 102 serves as CEO and General Counsel. Prior to working with Innovations, Mr. Guillory was a corporate and securities associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP, and remains a member of the California Bar. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in international relations from Stanford University. In addition, Mr. Guillory studied international law at the Université de Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne. He is fluent in French and conversant in German. Daniel delivers classroom training for Innovations International on topics such as leadership, diversity and empowerment for many different corporations and non-profits including the YMCA, Merck & Co, and Anheuser-Busch.

Extension 101 Director of Operations, attended college in Salt Lake City, Utah. Major areas of responsibility are financial reporting and contract management. Duties also include seminar coordinator for both client and facilitators, which includes generation of customized course materials, course logistics, and facilitator travel arrangement.

Extension 104 Director of Instructional Design, produces customized seminar and course materials for Innovations. Emily received an A.A. degree from University of Maryland-European Division in Mannheim, Germany in 1998. She moved to Utah in 1998 to continue her undergraduate studies at Westminster College in Salt Lake City. She received a B.A. in Communications in 2000 and a Master of Professional Communication in 2006. Before joining the Innovations team in September 2005, she worked as a contract and freelance writer/designer/editor for businesses in and outside of Utah. In her free time, Emily enjoys skiing, kayaking, and photography.

Extension 103 Director of Marketing, Graduated from the University of Utah in 2006 with a B.S. in Mass Communication, emphasizing in Communication Technology. Before joining Innovations she worked as a full-time/contract web designer and front-end web developer. Kathleen specializes in Internet Marketing and Communications. Outside of work she enjoys art, traveling, horseback riding, and martial arts.
