Animal Kingdom—The Seven Principles of Cultural Compatibility
Description: This workshop is based upon the popular book Animal Kingdom—A Diversity Fable by William A. Guillory. It involves a case study exercise where four animal groups—lion, zebra, caribou, and gazelle—are faced with an impending environmental crisis that threatens their survival. They are challenged with coming together to design a permanent solution to reverse this environmental disaster. Their willingness to not only devise new behavioral processes, but also change their day-to-day relationships is the key to their collective survival. The workshop involves discovery, by experience, of these critical principles for human compatibility.
