The FuturePerfect Organization

This presentation is based upon the present and future changes that are transforming the way business is being conducted in the 21st century. The model proposed to address these changes is the FuturePerfect Organization. This model proposes that the best way to address accelerated change is to anticipate, define, and create whatever mode of operation necessary for continued business and organizational success. The key element driving the vision and direction is Quantum-Thinking—the ability to envision future systems of business success. The first step of the process is transformation of the organizational mind-set from linear adaptive to creative adaptive—which is a proactive way of thinking that molds change rather than react to it. The second step involves creative visualization or sleep-state programming, using quantum-thinking, to envision the next business system, as well as the type of organizational design to successfully function in that future state. The third step of the process is to return to the present and project one’s way of thinking and behaving as though the future presently exists—leading from the future or FuturePerfect Leadership. Interwoven throughout this presentation is the role of leadership being at the forefront of addressing the transformation of the business world. A key factor in this change process is the receptivity of the workforce to transformation, continuous learning, and the assistance of technology integration. The presentation will also provide the opportunity for the participants to experience each of the three steps of the model with several exercises. The seminar concludes with the presentation of the Seven Principles of FuturePerfect Leadership.
